Register for grant workshop

The WSU Puyallup Research and Extension Center will host a seminar, “Strategies for Winning Grant Proposals,” on Wednesday, Nov. 1.

Coordinated by the Office of Grant and Research Development, the seminar costs $75; $95 after Oct. 20 and $50 for graduate students (limited seating). Register online by visiting www.ogrd.wsu.edu/workshops.asp.

The morning session will feature discussion by Eric Shulenberger on how successful proposals are researched, designed and crafted. Shulenberger, with the University of Washington Graduate School, regularly teaches proposal strategy, tactics and writing.

In the afternoon a panel of representatives from regional foundations will give strategic keys of successful grant proposals.
