WorldCatalog free on Web

WorldCat, short for WorldCatalog, is the largest online library network to help users find reliable information. The site’s free resources are now available on the Web, not just in libraries.

To access the site, go to worldcat.org, type in a title, subject or person and click search.

The online database spans 10,000 major libraries worldwide and is constantly updated by information professionals. Resources are available in many languages.

On WorldCat, you can search for books, music and videos as well as download digital content that can be listened to on MP3 players. Historic documents, photos, abstracts and full-text articles are also available.
