WSU Home Football Weekends Feature ‘Feast of the Arts’

PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State University home football weekends in Pullman will feature Feast of the Arts, a culinary experience that showcases exceptional food, Northwest wines, art, music and theatre.

Held the night before home games, the events were a sellout last year. Feasts are planned for Thursday night Oct. 6 and the Friday nights of Oct. 14 and Nov. 4 and 11. 

For menus and reservations, visit wsu.edu/feast. Reservations can also be made by calling (509) 335-DINE or (877) 978-3868. Feast of the Arts events begin at 6 p.m. and include:

  • Oct. 6 — A Night of Drama, theatre and dinner. After experiencing an original student one-act play, diners will be surrounded with a presentation of food and wine in a gallery of Roy Lichtenstein prints.
  • Oct. 14 — Fine art, food, music and wine. Executive chef Gene Fritz and students in the WSU School of Hospitality Business Management will create an epicurean experience. Diners can enjoy Lichtenstein prints and the WSU Madrigal Singers.
  • Nov. 4 — Pacific Rim. A Marquesan art expert will share insights about the art and culture of the Pacific Rim with music from WSU piano faculty.
  • Nov. 11 — Northwest Bounty. Foods and wines unique to the Pacific Northwest will be served. Diners can enjoy Lichtenstein prints and music from WSU faculty jazz musicians.
