VANCOUVER, Wash. — Washington State University Vancouver and the North Clark Community Clinic will offer sports physicals for local high school students from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4 at Battle Ground High School.
Students must bring a physical clearance form with parental signature and are advised to wear light-weight clothing, like sports shorts and shirts. The physicals, provided by licensed nurse practitioners, cost $10 each and are available to the public.
The clinic is sponsored jointly by the WSU Vancouver Department of Nursing and the North Clark Community Clinic.
