Campus, city join for International ed

The first International Education Week to be celebrated as a collaboration between WSU and the greater Pullman community will be held Nov. 1-8. Events planned include:

• Nov. 1: Fashion show, 11 a.m., dance party, 7 p.m. at Gladish Community and Cultural Center in Pullman.
• Nov. 1-2: Soccer tournaments, Grimes Way field.
• Nov. 2: International talent show, 2 p.m., Gladish Center.
• Nov. 3: Noon kickoff event with Taiko Drum Group and President V. Lane Rawlins.
• Nov. 2-7: Foreign language films sponsored by the Department of Foreign Languages.
• Nov. 5: Cultural fair showcasing the many cultures represented at WSU, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., CUB Ballroom.
• Nov. 6: Up All Night will feature international entertainment, games and foods.
• Nov. 8: International dance, 9 p.m., McCroskey International House.
