Making dining reservations at ‘Cafe Curricula’

The season’s first Monday night seating at Café Curricula featured herbed goat cheese and heirloom tomato tarts, and grilled Coho salmon with risotto, among many other delights. The gourmet offerings continue at 6 p.m. Mondays through Nov. 17, adjacent to the professional kitchen at Todd Hall, served up by Hospitality Business Management students.

Cost will run $25-35 per person, plus beverages that include specialty wines and beers from the Northwest.
