Annual Unity March Planned Jan. 22

PULLMAN, Wash. — Pullman’s 16th Annual Unity March honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is set for Wednesday, Jan. 22, and begins at 4:30 p.m. with a program in Pullman Baptist Church located at 125 SE Spring St.

The march, “Remembering the March from Selma to Montgomery: Bloody Sunday,” begins at 5:45 p.m. in front of the church. It ends at Washington State University’s Compton Union Building.

Pullman Transit will provide transportation from the CUB to the church at 6:30 p.m. (after the march), and 9:30 p.m. (following a banquet).
