Up All Night Provides Entertainment, Free Food for Students Aug. 24

PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University student leaders have planned a full Saturday evening Aug. 24 for students who are looking for activities.

The event, Up All Night, is set for 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. in the Compton Union Building. It will feature free food and entertainment for WSU students with their Cougar Cards.

Students also can check out campus organizations at an involvement fair, which is expected to last until midnight in the CUB Lair.

Other Up All Night activities include a disc jockey dance in the CUB Court and bowling, pool and videogames in the Games Area, both from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.

A “You Don’t Know Squat Trivia Game” will be from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. in Clevenger Lounge, while “Dance Dance Revolution,” an interactive dance videogame, is set for 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. in the CUB Lair. A Giant Twister Tournament will be in the CUB Lair and Welcome Back Bingo will take place in the Cascade Rooms. Both will run from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.

The feature film “Spiderman” will play free at 10:30 p.m. and 1 a.m. in the CUB Auditorium.

Free food and soft drinks will be available beginning at 10:30 p.m.
