Second City Improv Group Comes to WSU

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Second City’s National Touring Company will perform a blend of comedy, song and improvisation at 7:30 p.m., Monday, April 1, at Washington State University’s Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum.

For over 40 years, the Second City and its touring companies have performed a unique style of comedy for international audiences. The show features a six-member cast performing a variety of skits and sketches. The performance is intermingled with a mixture of songs and on-the-spot improvisation.

A number of comedians got their start in the Second City and its touring companies, including Dan Akroyd, Bill Murray, Gilda Radner, Chris Farley, Mike Myers, Ryan Stiles, John Candy and more.

Tickets are $12.50 in advance and $15.50 the day of the show. Tickets are available now at the Beasley ticket office, Cougar Depot, North Campus Information Center in Moscow, Idaho, Albertson’s in Lewiston, Idaho, G&B Select-A-Seat outlets, online at www.ticketswest.com or by calling 1-800-325-SEAT.
