WSU President to Discuss State Budget, Higher Education

PULLMAN, Wash. — Dr. V. Lane Rawlins, president of Washington State University, will address the Bellingham Rotary at noon on Monday, Dec. 10, at Northwood Hall, 3240 Northwest Ave., Bellingham.

President Rawlins’ speech, “Keeping Washington’s Economy — and Research Universities — Competitive,” will focus on the current state budget’s impact on higher education in the state of Washington.
