Vehicles Must Be Moved From Pullman/Moscow Regional Airport

PULLMAN, Wash. — Pullman Police officials report that all vehicles must be moved away from the Pullman/Moscow Regional Airport terminal area immediately. Those vehicles not moved will be towed to a nearby lot.

The Federal Aviation Administration has issued amended regulations and ordered the airport to keep vehicles out of a 300 feet perimeter of the airport terminal, said Pullman police officer Carew Halleck.

The Pullman Police Department is attempting to contact all owners of these vehicles — by phone or by stopping by individual residences — in an attempt to alert the owners about the new regulations before the vehicles are towed.

Those traveling for the university will be able to include any towing fees in their travel expense vouchers.

For more information, contact Robb Parish, airport manager, at 509/338-3223.
