President Rawlins to Speak on Public Radio, June 25

PULLMAN, Wash. — During a live radio program Monday, June 25, V. Lane Rawlins, Washington State University president, will discuss the impact on the state’s public higher education institutions of the $22.8 billion 2001-03 budget approved by the Washington Senate this week.

He will be the “Weekday” program featured guest on National Public Radio station KUOW (94.9 FM) in Seattle. Guy Nelson will be host of the live 9-10 a.m. program.

In addition, the program will be broadcast live on NPR affiliate stations:

— KWSU 1250 AM Pullman/Moscow, Idaho

— KLWS 91.5 FM Moses Lake/Ephrata

— KWWS 89.7 FM Walla Walla/Tri-Cities
