CSLC to Receive $20,000 Grant to Further Service-Learning Integration on Campus

PULLMAN, Wash. — The Washington State University Community Service Learning Center will receive $20,000 over the next three years to further service learning at the university.

The grant will fund a strategic planning process for service learning at WSU, said Melanie Brown, CSLC program director. The grant also will help CSLC expand.

The Washington Campus Compact is furnishing the grant as part of the Partners in Service Program. WSU and seven other Washington and Idaho institutions will become part of the three-year program, joining 25 institutions of higher learning throughout the western region.
