High School Students, Families Expected at WSU’s Future Cougar Day

PULLMAN, Wash. — Some 1,000 high school students and their families are expected on the Washington State University campus in Pullman for Future Cougar Day Saturday, Oct. 7.

Participants will gather for activities beginning at 10 a.m. at Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum.

More than 50 representatives from academic departments and student organizations will be available to talk with the high school students and their families. A $14 fee includes a department fair, campus tours, lunch at the coliseum and tickets to the WSU/Boise State football game.

Saturday is also Band Day. Hundreds of high school band students will team up with the Cougar Marching Band for a performance at halftime during the football game.

Participants can register at Beasley Coliseum on the day of the event.
