High School Students, Families Due for WSU Preview April 10

PULLMAN, Wash. — More than 800 high school students and their parents will be on the
Washington State University campus Saturday, April 10, to get a feeling of what it is like to be a
Cougar.
Sponsored by the Office of Admissions, “WSU Preview” starts at 8:30 a.m. in Beasley
Performing Arts Coliseum with check-in and a department fair that will feature more than 50
academic units and organizations.
Participants also will be able to sample college classes, visit residence halls, sororities and
fraternities, and tour the campus as part of the planned activities. Many volunteer faculty
members will be making short classroom presentations for the prospective students, explained
April Seehafer, event coordinator.
Also on the day’s schedule is lunch at one of the university dining centers and a slide show
about WSU students and university life.
Fee for the day-long event is $10, which includes lunch. For registration materials, call the
