Cougar Mondays Begin Oct. 12

PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University has set three dates, Oct. 12 and 26 and Nov. 2, for its annual “Cougar Mondays” program on the Pullman campus to help prospective students become familiar with the university and what it offers.
Based on this fall’s high freshman class enrollment, total registrations of 800 to 900 students are expected for the three days, according to April Seehafer, admissions counselor.
Students will attend a department fair and have the opportunity to sit in on a WSU class. Admissions and financial aid workshops will also be available. A guided tour will take students around the campus and into a sorority or fraternity house to conclude the program.
Overnight stays have been eliminated this year.
The cost of attendance is $10. For more information or to register for the Cougar Monday program, contact the Office of Admissions at 509/335-5586.
