New WSU Daily Parking Rates Effective Monday

PULLMAN, Wash.–New daily parking permit and parking meter rates at Washington State University will take effect Monday, Aug. 4.
The new schedule is part of a two-stage increase approved by the WSU Board of Regents last year. Annual staff and faculty permits are unchanged.
Daily fees for Orange parking areas will increase from $2.25 a day to $3. Green, Gray, and Visitor permits advance from $1.50 to $2 a day. Commercial permits will increase from $3.50 to $5.
Meter rates will go from 40 cents to 50 cents for 30 minutes. Meters that now show a 40-minute maximum will be changed to 45 minutes.
Annual Commercial permits will increase from $295 to $450, and annual Visitor permits will go from $60 to $80.
