Submit your application for a systemwide sustainability task force subcommittee

Washington State University is looking for faculty, staff, and students passionate about sustainability to serve on a task force subcommittee aimed at shaping the vision of sustainability at WSU and across the state. Subcommittees will be expected to meet through the end of 2023.

The university recently established the task force that will provide recommendations to the System Leadership Collaborative (SLC) by the end of the spring 2024 semester.

The task force will be comprised of four subcommittees focused on the following areas:

  1. Research, innovation, and creativity
  2. Student experience
  3. Outreach, extension, service, and engagement
  4. Institutional effectiveness and infrastructure

The subcommittees will provide recommendations on actions or initiatives to be taken and mechanisms to track progress, as well as proposing reasonable timelines for advancing these WSU commitments to sustainability.

The deadline to submit applications is Sunday, Oct. 15, at 11:59 p.m.
