Pullman general university classroom support moving to ITS

Pullman general university classroom (GUC) support is moving from Global Campus under Academic Outreach and Innovation’s (AOI) leadership to the Pullman campus, managed by Pullman’s Information Technology Services (ITS), fully effective by May 16.

In partnership with Pullman faculty, students, staff, and WSU administration, the AOI and ITS teams are already working to ensure the transition tasks are completed by end of spring 2024 term. This will allow continuity on critical summer projects and provide preparation time for fall semester support.

Vice President and Chancellor Dave Cillay and his team on the Global Campus are excited to support this important Pullman campus service delivery’s move to the technology team. Under Vice President and Chief Information Officer Tony Opheim’s leadership, ITS provides a strong commitment to customer service for the Pullman campus.

Please direct any questions about this change to ITS Director Jacqueline Southwick by email at jsouthwick@wsu.edu.
