LTD Open Enrollment: Long Term Disability Insurance Open Enrollment Ends Next Week

The Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance open enrollment period will end next week on March 31, 2019. Please note that March 31 is a Sunday, so the last day to turn in forms will be Friday, March 29. Don’t let this one-time opportunity to enroll in the optional LTD insurance and automatically be approved for coverage pass you by.

If you have missed earlier informational announcements, or wish to review your options, visit the LTD Open Enrollment Post. There you can find information on how to enroll or change your waiting period, links to previously posted communications, and frequently asked questions, including examples of how the coverage works and what it will cost.

If you do not enroll in LTD coverage during the current open enrollment period, any future applications for coverage would be subject to medical underwriting and review by The Standard for approval or denial. Only during the month of March 2019 can you apply for coverage and be automatically approved.

Questions can be directed to HRS Benefit Services at (509) 335-4521 or hrs@wsu.edu. Follow WSU HRS on Facebook or Twitter for updates.
