Four Common Reading-related events are scheduled this week, including:

• Monday, 12:10 p.m., “Local Is as Local Does: The Shepherd’s Grain Story,” CUE 318, with John Ascheilman and Fred Fleming (local wheat producers and Food Alliance members).

• Monday-Wednesday: WSU Hunger Banquets, 6:30 p.m., Ensminger Pavilion, tickets $5 available through Tuesday at the Cougar Card Center in the CUB.

• Tuesday at Northside Café and Thursday at Hillside Café, 5:30 p.m., “Healthy Holidays: ‘Tis the Season to Eat Well,” Dinner with the Dietician, Annie Roe.

• Thursday, 7 p.m., film “Food, Inc.” highlighting the inner workings of the nation’s food industry, Kenworthy Theatre, Moscow, general admission $6.
