Honoring those who protect our freedom

 
 
 
PULLMAN — The  Associated Students WSU Students Veterans Committee and the WSU Office of Veterans Affairs will honor veterans during a WSU Veterans Day Ceremony, beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11.
 
Guest speaker at the event will be WSU President Elson S. Floyd.
 
The ceremony will begin in the Compton Union Building Auditorium and conclude with a wreath laying ceremony at the WSU Veterans Memorial. A Honor Guard from Battery P, 5th Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, United States Marine Corps of Spokane will fire A 21 gun salute in honor of fallen Veterans.
 
Coffee and pastries will be provided, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
