Vision, discussion, work session planned

PULLMAN – An academic advising retreat will be conducted 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, in the CUB senior ballroom, hosted by President Elson. S. Floyd and Provost and Executive Vice President Warwick M. Bayly.
 
The retreat will begin with Floyd sharing WSU’s vision for advising, followed by time for students to present their views. The afternoon work session will include a discussion about the role of academic advising at WSU, analysis and implementation planning to bring the vision to reality, said Susan Poch, associate vice president of educational development.
