WSU Tri-Cities Seeks Alumni for June 11 Cougar Company Kickoff

RICHLAND, Wash. —Washington State University alumni living in Benton and Franklin counties are invited to join the new Cougar Company recruitment and networking group at WSU Tri-Cities.
 
The kick-off information meeting is June 11. WSU alumni from any campus are invited to learn how they can help:
• Recruit future Cougs.
• Increase the number of diverse, high-quality students at WSU Tri-Cities.
• Be a local information source for students and their families.
• Enhance the Cougar experience, increasing the number of students who stay at WSU Tri-Cities through graduation.
 
The Cougar Company kick-off is in the Consolidated Information Center, Room 216, at WSU Tri-Cities, 2770 University Drive, Richland. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the program starts at 5:30 p.m. Complimentary appetizers and wine are provided by Tony Roma’s.

To get to WSU Tri-Cities, drive north on George Washington Way, pass Hanford High, turn right onto First Street, turn right onto University Drive and take the first left to the CIC/Library building. The Cougar Company meeting is upstairs.
 
WSU Tri-Cities is located along the Columbia River in Richland, Wash. Established in 1989 with upper division and graduate programs, WSU Tri-Cities offers 17 baccalaureate, 12 master’s and six doctoral degree programs. The campus added freshman and sophomore courses in fall 2007 to become a full four-year public university, extending the WSU land-grant mission of providing affordable, accessible higher education.
