All Campus Challenge kicks off fair

PULLMAN – The WSU Wellbeing Fair starts Feb. 23 beginning with the All Campus Challenge and goes all day.

The challenge and fair celebrates National Recreational Sports and Fitness Day and is presented by University Recreation.

The event is free and all members of the community are invited to attend and commemorate the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.  Participants will be able to use the Student Recreation Center (SRC) facilities for free, and enjoy self-directed fitness tests that are available, as well as t-shirts and refreshments provided for those who participate in any physical activity on Feb. 23.

From 4-7 p.m. in the SRC, participants can stop by and receive information and services from local health and wellness organizations and WSU departments.  These groups will also provide valuable demonstrations and hands-on workshops.

Vendor booths are located in the SRC basketball courts, while health screenings will be held in SRC room 144.  Free health screenings, body composition testing and chair massages as well as other prizes and giveaways will be provided all day.
