The Senate version of a 2009-2011 state budget proposal that is expected to make deep cuts to state colleges and universities is scheduled to be released Monday, March 30. The House is poised to show its budget Tuesday. The student lobbying bill, graduate tuition bill, and energy bills advance, while the faculty regents bill is in jeopardy.
