Chilling beauty frames Pullman campus

PULLMAN — Shelly Hanks, WSU Photo Services, captured a bit of the chilling beauty blanketing the WSU Pullman campus this week. Fog, frost and continued cold temperatures are on tap for the Inland Northwest for the next several days, according to the area weather guessers.

Snow is expected to roll into the Inland NW area Saturday night, but earlier predictions of up to 2 inches have dropped to less than an inch, according to the weather service. Saturday’s high temperature is expected to be 28. The low will be in the teens. On Sunday, the area is expected to get a blast of cold air, with temperatures dropping into the mid teens.
