Media Invited to Unwrapping of the AIDS Memorial Quilt Prior to Dec. 3 Presentation

What:               Members of the media are invited to attend The AIDS Memorial Quilt unwrapping, providing photo opportunities and a chance to speak with the planning committee members before The Quilt is open to the public. 

The Cougar Health Awareness Team will host a display of 160 panels of the AIDS Memorial Quilt beginning Dec. 3, as part of a global commemoration of World AIDS Day, Dec.1 This display is part of a national effort to have every section of The Quilt on display this World AIDS Day in the hopes of raising awareness and saving lives. 

When:             Dec. 1 from 10 a.m. until set-up is finished

Where:             Ensminger Pavilion, located on the corner of  

                        Wilson Road and Lincoln Drive in Pullman. 

Who:                The Cougar Health Awareness Team in conjunction with Health and Wellness Services and cosponsored by CUB Gallery on the Move.
