PULLMAN, Wash. — The Washington State University Visual, Performing and Literary Arts Committee and the Office of Campus Involvement Arts and Culture programs will present the exhibit “No Boundaries 2004-2005: Hopes and Dreams” March 2-25.
The Vision, Strength, Artistic Expression Arts of Washington exhibit will be on display at the WSU Compton Union Gallery Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free.
The 30-piece display features paintings, drawings, prints and sculptures created by adult artists with disabilities living in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. The featured pieces were judged in August 2004 by a regional panel of artists and curators.
“No Boundaries” is designed to help artists with disabilities gain access to the professional arts world, to demonstrate American with Disabilities Act-accessible exhibit design, and to celebrate the artistic contributions of artists with disabilities.
