PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University’s Palouse Area Therapeutic Horsemanship Program will offer horseback riding lessons to people with physical and mental disabilities March 30 through April 28.
PATH, a community service program, will hold classes at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
New volunteers are also needed. For those interested, there will be a meeting from 5:30-6:30 p.m. March 23 in the Animal Disease Biotechnology Facility, Room 1002, and a March 24 training session from 5:30-8 p.m. at the stable. Both meetings are mandatory for all new volunteers. Anyone can participate. No experience is necessary.
PATH is supported by the Pullman United Way, the Moscow/Latah United Way and the Stepping Stones Foundation.
