Show flaunts talent and style

Washington State University Fashion Design majors get to strut their stuff on Friday, April 16, for the annual Mom’s Weekend fashion show.

Seniors in Fashion Design will present their semester-long design projects, boasting their talent and creativity to Cougar Moms. The show, “CHIC, CHIC,” will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Beasley Coliseum. Tickets are $10 at the door and $8 in advance by calling 1-800-325-SEAT or http://www.Beasley.wsu.edu.

As the only university in Washington state with supported bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Apparel, Merchandising and Textiles, WSU is committed to making its program stronger with each passing year — pushing students to interface between design, merchandising and consumer aspects of the apparel and textile industry.
