The annual open enrollment period for 2005 flexible spending accounts continues through Nov. 30. Those wishing to participate in calendar year 2005 must submit the completed enrollment form by the deadline to the WSU Benefits Office, 232 French Administration, Pullman, WA 99164-1024, campus zip 1024. Meanwhile, the 2004 flexible spending account year is coming to an end. The last day to incur costs under the plan is Dec. 31. You then have 90 days (until March 31, 2005) to apply for reimbursement of eligible medical expenses incurred during the year.
