Commission on the Status of Women seeks applicants

The President’s Commission on the Status of Women is currently seeking applications or nominations to fill nine open positions for 2005-2007 and seven open positions for 2005-2006.

In part, the commission is charged with gathering data and making policy recommendations regarding matters pertaining to all women students and employees of the university.

Openings beginning July 1 include the following positions: 1 administrative professional, 1 faculty, 1 classified staff, 1 WSU Spokane, 1 WSU Tri-Cities, 2 graduate students, 2 undergraduate students, and 7 at-large.

Anyone interested in becoming a member should complete the application/nomination form and send or e-mail it to Deborah Bartlett, CSW Membership Committee, Procedures and Forms, Pullman, WA 99164-1225.
