Blood drive to save lives

PULLMAN- The Inland Northwest Blood Center is collecting blood donations at Beasley Coliseum Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The entire donation process takes approximately 45 minutes.

Donors first fill out a health questionnnaire to determine eligibility and then have a short physical to test heart rate and blood pressure. Donors then recline while about one pint of blood is drawn. Once donation is complete, donors are provided juice and refreshments to replinish energy. Aside from strenuous activities, donors can return to their daily routne.
