Honing leadership during change

The third annual Managing in Cougar Country conference is scheduled 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, at Smith CUE.
 
Managers and supervisors are invited to engage in free workshops addressing “Successful Leadership in an Environment of Change.”
 
Morning presentations will feature Viji Murali, vice president for information services, and Tony Ursich, senior assistant attorney general.
 
Afternoon sessions will include topics of change management, communication, cultural competency, ethics and project management.
