Isaac Wells, Mike King Lead WSU Student Government

PULLMAN, Wash.Washington State University undergraduates yesterday (March 8) elected two local students president and vice president of the Associated Students of Washington State University.

ASWSU President Isaac Wells, a 2002 graduate of Pullman High School, and Vice President Mike King, a 2002 graduate of Pullman Christian School, were both born and raised in Pullman.

Their campaign centered on student advocacy, including issues such as late-night transit alternatives and the possible creation of a contract to ensure graduation within four years.

Both sons of WSU alumni, Wells and King are both juniors.  Wells is studying finance and King is studying management and operations.  Together, they founded and operate Palouse Wave, a computer consulting and Web design company.

Wells is the son of Elise and Carl Wells of Pullman.  King is the son of Laura and Alan King of Everett.
