WSU Annual Health Quest Begins Feb. 8

PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University’s 12th annual Health Quest, a motivational game that encourages participants to engage in healthy activities, begins Feb. 8.

Students can log on at the HQ Web site (www.healthquest.wsu.edu) to start recording their healthy activities. Participants are eligible for numerous prizes, including gift certificates for skiing, movies, dinner, coffee and apparel.

Examples of healthy activities include working out, wearing a seatbelt and not smoking.

“It is an easy way to win prizes for things I already do,” said Jill Lafady, a WSU student and an HQ participant.

Registration begins Monday (Feb. 2) and can be done online. Participation is free and open to WSU students, faculty, staff, alumni and their families.

For more information, visit the HQ Web site.
