WSU Police Investigating Assault

PULLMAN, Wash.—Washington State University police are investigating an assault that occurred between 10 to 10:30 p.m. Monday night near the Stephenson Complex residence halls on campus.
A woman student reported being grabbed from behind while outside Stephenson North getting a break and some fresh air. She sustained a one-to-two inch cut on her left upper arm and a scrape on her right arm. She was treated at Pullman Memorial Hospital.
The woman reported that her assailant was a male taller than 5′ 10″ in height. The WSU Police Department is asking anyone who was in the area and has information on the episode to call 335-8548.
