Add your events to the official Family Weekend calendar

Fall Family Weekend is rapidly approaching, October 2-4, 2026, and Washington State University student organizations, departments, and community partners, are encouraged to host events for families and the WSU community.

To be included in the official lineup of activities shared with family members and the community, all events should be submitted online. This webpage outlines what kind of activities will be accepted and provides instructions and links for submissions.

Please allow 2-3 business days for submitted events to be approved and uploaded to the calendar.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Ferdinand’s Lane closure planned for Sept. 28

Avista crews will close Ferdinand’s Lane between Stadium Way and Fairway Lane beginning at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, for utility work. The Pullman campus road closure is expected to last six to eight hours.
