Register now for Elevating Cougs 2026

Rooted in everyday Coug ingenuity, Elevating Cougs brings employees together for practical learning, meaningful connection, and the confidence to solve problems and elevate everyday work.

WSU employees may now register for this year’s Elevating Cougs Conference, which will take place Oct. 21–22, 2026 via Zoom. The event is free to attend for all WSU staff and faculty.

Now in it’s fourth year, Elevating Cougs continues to bring together hundreds of university employees for meaningful learning, authentic connection, and community‑powered insight made for Cougs, by Cougs.

Elevating Cougs 2026 offers four new learning tracks focused on both soft and technical skills, as well as a growing lineup of sessions designed to help Cougs develop their professional skills.
