Four Washington State University alumni were recently recognized by the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association for their commitment to animal health.

Three of those alumni, Dr. Jessica Bunch, lead of the Integrative Veterinary Medicine service at the WSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital; Thea Lara, certified pharmacy technician; and Dr. Kevin Snekvik, Washington Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory executive director; work at WSU. Dr. John Harris, who earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from WSU in 1993 and has served the Deer Park community for more than 30 years, received the association’s prestigious Veterinarian of the Year Award.
