Join the museum for a curatorial tour, artist lecture, and reception on Sept. 25

On Sept. 25, celebrate fall exhibitions at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art WSU with a series of exceptional events. First, arrive at the museum at noon for a curatorial tour touching upon the themes of our new exhibitions led by directors and curators Maryanna G. Ramirez and Ryan Hardesty. Then at 3 p.m., join us in the CUB Auditorium for an artist lecture by Hock E Aye Vi Edgar Heap of Birds whose decades-long contributions to contemporary art and Indigenous cultural discourse should not be missed. The lecture will be followed by a special museum reception at 4 p.m. with live music, appetizers, and notable guests including Jordan Schnitzer. Mark your calendars and join us!
