Effective Wednesday, July 31, Information Technology Services (ITS) is updating the visual interface for the Crimson Service Desk customer portal and the WSU Knowledge Base.
Currently serving as primary resources for submitting requests for technical assistance and accessing self-service technical support articles, the Crimson Service Desk portal and WSU Knowledge Base will adopt a new visual interface to better align with university and federal digital accessibility standards.
The functionality and content within both platforms will remain unaffected by this change. WSU users should not expect any service outage or access disruptions as the interfaces update.
