Cougar Quality Meats (2155 Wilson Rd., east of the Lewis Alumni Center) is open for meat sales every Thursday and Friday from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Current inventory includes a variety of beef options perfect for the holidays, including rib roasts and tenderloin steaks. Chuck roasts are on sale for $2.99/lb. Inventory is limited.
