Nomination call for Women* of Distinction and Woman* of the Year

The President’s Commission on the Status of Women is pleased to announce we are now accepting nominations for the Women* of Distinction and Woman* of the Year Awards!

These awards are for women and their allies who make meaningful impacts within, or by collaborating with, the WSU community. All campuses, extensions and other WSU entities are encouraged to participate. Please consider nominating a person in these categories who has touched your life in a positive way:

  • Undergraduate and graduate students
  • Professional workers
  • Tenure and career track faculty
  • Staff
  • Alumnae

Nominations are due Friday, Dec. 1, at 5 p.m. and should be submitted online to the Women of Distinction Committee.
