Crimson Service Desk will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 1, to allow our staff to complete mandatory training. Support via phone and email will be unavailable from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on this date.
Crimson Service Desk will also close from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 2, for a team-building event. On this date, technical support will be available from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Regular support services and hours will resume on Thursday, Aug. 3, at 8 a.m.
