Pullman campus and ResNet Internet maintenance, May 25 to June 1

Beginning May 25, Information Technology Services (ITS) will upgrade Pullman campus and ResNet Internet distribution switches. This maintenance will cause a 20‑minute internet outage for users on the Pullman campus, impacting Neill Hall, Sloan Hall, Information Technology Building (ITB), and more.

Users should expect no internet or phone access during the following maintenance windows:

Thursday, May 25 — 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.

  • ITB MCF
  • Neill MCF
  • FSHN MCF

Tuesday, May 30 — 4 a.m. to 6 a.m.

  • ResNet Distribution

Thursday, June 1 — 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

  • Holland MCF
  • Sloan MCF

A complete list of all affected buildings for this maintenance work is available on its.wsu.edu.

Although the maintenance will last no longer than 20 minutes per MCF upgrade, the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
