The Safety, Health, and Security Fair offers tips to make your life easier, safer, and happier.

Mark your calendar! Next Monday, Oct. 18 is the first day of flash talks—10-minute presentations packed with wisdom for overcoming hardships, preventing mishaps, and living your best possible life.

WSU experts statewide will deliver the 10-minute talks from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Zoom.

Talks will continue Wednesday through Friday, Oct. 20-22. Check out each day’s lineup:

• Life Essentials Thursday

• Fun Facts Friday

Resource fair, blood drive, and awards ceremony

These in-person events will be held Tues., Oct. 19 in the CUB Sr. Ballroom. (Masks required.)

Resource fair: 9 a.m.–1 p.m.

Find out about potentially life-changing services and products from local organizations and WSU officials.

Blood drive: 9 a.m.–2 p.m.

Please donate blood to save lives. Sign up in advance with the Red Cross.

Awards ceremony: 11:30 a.m.

President Schulz honors WSU’s health and safety leaders with the President’s Award for Safety, Health, and Security.
