Information Technology Services (ITS) wants to inform customers that the Crimson Service Desk Customer Support Zoom Room that was offered to assist remote support needs during COVID-19 will be closing, effective June 1.
For technical support, the Crimson Service Desk will continue to serve its customers via phone at (509) 335-4357, via email at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu, or through their online service portal at crimsonservicedesk.wsu.edu.
