With the start of a new semester, CAHNRS would like everyone to know that the faculty/staff fitness classes are freely available to all WSU employees, staff, faculty, retirees, and spouses there of every Tuesday-Thursday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. via. Zoom. Furthermore, if you can’t make the appointed time slot, most classes are recorded to do at your convenience throughout the week. Just contact the instructor, Robert Yarbrough, to be placed on the mailing list for the Zoom invite.
Tuesday and Thursdays: Zumba Gold – low impact / low cardio dance fitness set to international and folk rhythms.
Wednesday: Introductory Yoga – gentle stretching and flow for those who would like to work on flexibility.
Classes are taught by CAHNRS staff member Robert Yarbrough (yarbrord@wsu.edu), a certified group fitness, aquatic fitness, and Tai Chi instructor as well as a holder of numerous exercise licenses.
